Who we are
This app is operated by Maurya Vihar Builders & Construction Pvt. Ltd. for residents of Maurya Vihar. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
- Mobile number — used to sign you in and to send one-time codes.
- Name, date of birth, address and pet details — shown on your profile and society records.
- Flat and ownership details — provided by the society office.
- Profile photo — optional, uploaded by you.
- Visitor records — name, phone, vehicle number and photograph captured at the gate.
- Payment records — amount, date and the payment reference returned by Razorpay.
- Technical data — IP address and basic logs, kept to detect abuse.
We do not store your card, UPI or bank credentials. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay under their own privacy policy.
Why we use it
- To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
- To issue and collect maintenance bills and membership fees.
- To notify you when a visitor is waiting at the gate.
- To meet the society's record-keeping obligations.
Who can see it
Society administrators can see resident records. Gate staff can see the names, flat numbers and gate passes needed to manage entry. Other residents cannot see your data. Documents such as receipts and gate passes are served only to the account they belong to.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account is active. Visitor photographs are deleted automatically after 30 days. Payment records are retained as long as required for accounting and tax purposes.
Your choices
You can edit your profile at any time, and you can delete your account from inside the app or via this page. Deleting your account removes your profile and photograph; financial records are retained where the law requires it.
Security
Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. One-time codes are stored hashed and expire after a few minutes. Documents are never served from a public URL.
Changes
We will update this page if our practices change, and will note the date at the top.
