Delete your account

You can delete your Maurya Vihar account and the personal data attached to it at any time.

From inside the app

1. Sign in with your mobile number.
2. Open Profile.
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

By email

If you have already uninstalled the app, email [email protected] from the address on file, or write to the society office with your flat number and registered mobile number. Requests are actioned within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your name, date of birth, address and pet details.
• Your profile photograph.
• Your login credentials, so the account can no longer be signed in to.

What is retained

Payment and billing records are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires, and society ownership records are retained by the society office. These are not used to contact you.
