Using this app
This app is provided for residents and guests of Maurya Vihar. You are responsible for keeping access to your mobile number secure, since one-time codes sent to it are used to sign in.
Payments
Maintenance bills and membership fees are collected through Razorpay. The amount shown before you confirm is the amount charged. A receipt is issued in the app once the payment is confirmed.
Refunds
Maintenance charges are non-refundable once the billing period has begun. If a payment is debited but not reflected in the app within 48 hours, contact [email protected] with the payment reference and it will be reconciled or refunded to the original payment method.
Memberships
Gym and activity memberships are valid for the tenure purchased and for the number of members named at purchase. Passes are personal and must not be shared.
Visitor management
Approving a visitor authorises the gate to admit them. Please only approve people you expect.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access other residents' data, interfere with the service, or upload unlawful content. Accounts that do so may be suspended.
